The supreme court will hear the Ayodhya ramjanmabhoomi – Babri masjid land dispute case on Friday, 10th May. An earlier notice on the apex court website stated that a five judge constitution bench will be hearing this case. The bench comprises of chief justice Ranjan Gogoi and justices SA Bobde, DY chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan and S Abdul Nazeer.
A panel of mediators had been appointed by the the supreme court on March 8 . This panel will be headed by former top court justice FM Kalifulla so he can take in consideration the possibility of a settlement to this case.
